ISPE Future Leaders Day at KORSCH INNOVATION CENTER

During a comprehensive live demonstration of the XL 400⁴, participants were introduced to the next level of tablet production technology, which focuses on flexibility, ease of use, and intelligent automation. KORSCH presented our PharmaView^® technology to see how operational and maintenance support can be delivered in an intuitive, virtual reality environment.  All the attendees were able to “test drive” the HoloLens glasses.  "The HoloLens offers an intuitive, holographic support tool and the potential to revolutionize  the concept of technical support and remote troubleshooting," reports PharmaView^® project manager Pierre Braun.

KORSCH provided further insights into the challenges of tablet production using a roller compactor manufactured by L.B. Bohle. This facilitated a discussion on related upstream and downstream processes around the tablet press.  At the end of the event, the participants were given the opportunity to exchange their impressions and make further contacts in the industry at a networking event in Berlin's WeWork facility.
